Josef Abrahamsohn, writer, was born on the 18th of March 1871 as the son of a merchant Herman Abrahamsohn. He wrote: „Ein Tröpflein Herzblut” (A blood drop from the heart), a collection of lyrics, a theater play „Sturm in Hasen” (Storm in Hasen) and „Das höchste Gesetz” (The supreme law). He also wrote texts as a journalist for „Posener Heimatblätter”.
