Eduard Jacobson (born in Strzelce Opolskie in 1833, died in Berlinie in 1897) came from a Jewish family which lived in Strzelce Opolskie. In 850 he graduated from a junior high school in Ostrów Wielkopolski[[refr:"nazwa"|http://www.studiajudaica.pl/sj10oszy.pdf [stan na 14 X 2009 r.].]]. After he had completed his rabbi studies, in the second half of the 19th century, he was a rabbi in Strzelce Opolskie. Then he left for Berlin, where he died [[refr:"nazwa"|Piotr Smykała, Żydzi strzeleccy.]].
