Caro Isaak Moritz (1792 – 1860, Wrocław) – German industrialist and philanthropist of Jewish descent.
He was the founder and owner of the Wrocław-based iron warehousing company M. I. Caro & Sohn, co-founder of an orphanage in Wrocław and a nursing home for the elderly (1858), and co-founder of an insurance company supporting the poor though the lease of inexpensive houses. In 1932, after the merger of his enterprise with another company, he became the co-owner of Caro – Lindner Eisenhandel Eisenbau G.m.b.H. He is buried at the Old Jewish Cemetery at Ślężna Street in Wroclaw.
