The new Jewish cemetery in Volyn was established in the 19th century. As a result of the devastation suffered during World War II and after the liberation, a few dozen granite tombstones with Hebrew inscriptions, some of them broken, have been preserved in the area of 0.5 ha till the present day. The cemetery is overgrown with bushes. In 2006, there was a landfill in the front part of the Jewish cemetery.

In 2010, the school pupils of the local complex of schools started to clean up the cemetery.
