Oddział w Kole został utworzony w 1923 roku. Młodzi członkowie partii pracowali w założonej wcześniej w Kole (w 1919 r.) organizacji He-Chaluc (hebr. Pionier) przygotowującej ich do pracy w Palestynie na roli i w przemyśle. Organizowano kursy zawodowe i naukę hebrajskiego. Wystawiali własną listę w wyborach do Rady Miejskiej Koła.
