The Zionist Organization founded in 1929 also had some influence. A year later it had gathered 43 members. Chaim Sawitzki was its leader. Rabbi A. I. Bromberg preferred Zionism. In 1933 and 1937 he ran, alongside Ch. Sawiztki and Kirstein, in an election for representatives of the Zionist Congresses.
