The Commercial Bank in Krakow (Bank Komercjalny w Krakowie) was established in 1919. Its headquarters were located under the address Rynek Główny 15. The The Supervisory Board: Eng. Karol Rolle (Chairman), Tadeusz Epstein (Deputy Chairman), Aleksander Adelman, Leo Fürst, Dr Alfred Porada Rapoport, Adolf Warnecke. The bank capital amounted to 1.5 million zlotys, divided into 15 thousand bearer shares, each of the face value of 100 zlotys. Dealings were carried out on the Krakow Stock Exchange. Divident: 1928 – 4%, 1929 – 4%, 1930 – 4%, 1931 – 0%, 1932 – 0%, 1933 – 0%,1934 – 0%, 1935 – 0%, 1936 – 0%.
