Zakłady Graficzne “Akropol” w Krakowie was established in 1923. The Company had a business relation with ”Salon Malarzy Polskich”. The companies had the same owners: Juliusz and Józef Frist. In 1937 it was located at 23 Grzegórzecka Street. The Company included a printing house, a lithography plant, photoengraving plant, collotype printing, rotogravure, and postcard publishing. Approx. 100 people were employed. (4654). In addition to postcards, the works specialized in the production of reproductions and illustrated catalogues.
