“Fabryka Kapsli Aluminiowych ‘Alu-Vin,’ sp. z o.o.” (“Alu-Vin” Aluminium Caps Factory, LLC) was founded in Kraków in 1935. It was located at 14 Pułaskiego Street. Henryk Bilfeld and Dr Izfryd Garfunkel were the managers. The initial capital amounted to PLN 25,000. The company employed 10 workers. The plant manufactured aluminium caps and tubes in cooperation with the Andersen & Braun company from Copenhagen.
