The Sugar Industry Bank in Poznan (Bank Cukrownictwa w Poznaniu) was established in 1921. Its headquarters were located under the address 7 Mielżyńskiego Street. It was one of the largest Polish joint-stock banks. Apart from all bank functions, it also specialized in commission sales of sugar of the associated sugar factories. The branches of the bank were locaed in Warsaw at 20 Karowa Street in Lviv at  7 Akademicka Street, and in Gdynia, at 9 Mściwoja Street. The bank’s warehouses were located in Baranowicze, Biała (near Bielsk), Białymstok, Brest Litovsk, Chorzów, Cieszyn, Gdynia, Katowice, Kielce, Krakow, Lviv, Pińsk, Poznan, Rybnik, Warsaw and Vilnius. The bank capital amounted to 12 million zlotys, divided into  112 thousand bearer shares of the face value of 100 zlotys each and 800 bearer shares of the face value of 1000 zlotys each.  The shares were quoted on the Poznan Stock Exchange. Dividend: 1927 – 4%, 1928 – 12%, 1929 – 12%, 1930 – 12%, 1931 – 0%, 1932 – 6%, 1933 – 6%, 1934 – 6%, 1935 – 6%, 1936 – 6%.
