The Synagogue in Brzesko in 2 Puszkina Street was built in 1904 in place of an earlier one, which had been destroyed during the fire of the town. After the destructions of the war, the building was reconstructed, and a public library and a Disabled People Cooperative workshop were made there. It was an opportunity to redecorate the interiors as well. At present the Municipal Public Library is housed in that building.

In the interwar period progressive Jews erected a synagogue on the corner of Asnyka and Wyszyńskiego Streets. They partly borrowed money, about 60,000 Polish zlotys, from priest Jakub Stosur. The synagogue was destroyed during the war and pulled down in 1945.
