“Fabryka Wyrobów Metalowych i Drukarnia M. Kühla” (M. Kühl’s Metal Products Factory and Printing House) in Sokal (Ukr. Сокаль) was founded in 1880. In 1938, its name was “M. Kühla Synowie, Fabryka Wyrobów Metalowych i Drukarnia w Sokalu” (M. Kühl’s Sons, Metal Products Factory and Printing House in Sokal), as it was owned by Dawid Kühl and Izaak Kühl. The enterprise employed 15 workers producing tin and steel seals and cardboard vignettes; it also provided printing services. In 1936, the value of sales amounted to PLN 220,000.
