,,Bund” was less influential - 40 members. At the beginning it existed under the name of the Jewish Association „Progres”. In 1919 it consisted of 70 to 120 members. It was managed by: Mendel Leib Mondrowicz, J. Klejnman, G. Szejnberg, Sz. Grapa, M. Katyna and Sz. Dtiedman. Mendel Leib Mondrowicz was born in Ozorków in 1890, settled in Łódź and, in 1923, he left for Argentina, where he died in 1984 at the age of ninety-four.
