The bank was established in 1898. Its headquarters were located under the address ul. Łęczycka 2. In 1937, its Supervisory Board was composed of J. St. Cezak, J. Ruciński, St. Jagodziński, T. Bełdowski, A. Lach, L. Zajączkowski, K.Swatek, M. Reźnik, M. Kuperman. The Board of Directors consisted of Fr. Nawrocki (Chairman), E. Weisenberg, M. Teska. The institution was not Jewish in the full sense of the word.
